This website is provided for information about Amplify and our services. By using it you agree to these terms. Everything on the site, including text, images and results shown, belongs to Amplify and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Enquiries and forms
Sending a request through our forms or chat does not create an agreement. We review every enquiry and will let you know whether we are a fit. Please make sure the details you send us are accurate.
Our services
Client work is agreed separately in writing, including scope, fees and duration. Engagements run month to month with 30 days notice unless we agree otherwise. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platform by the client.
Results
The numbers shown on this site come from real campaigns we have run. They are examples, not a guarantee. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and how quickly leads are followed up.
Liability
We work carefully but cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, or for changes made by advertising platforms outside of our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
